Truma Trumatic C boiler/blown air heating (1 Viewer)

Morning all, can anyone help please?
Relative newbies, with 2005 Fiat Burstener. The only manual we have doesn’t show instructions for our display panel, see below. It only describes operations for gas only, winter or summer modes.
But below that dial we also have one which is Truma C el. But can’t find anything online that describes its purpose or operating instructions.

Looks like mine.Right one is for hot water on electric hookup. Theone on the left is gas heating and water.Turn up for hot water only.2 settinds for water temp.Turn down for heating and hot water.turn centre dial for temperature. It takes a bit of time for it to kick in.Center Knob.7 high 1 lowest. I find 2 or 3 is ok for winter
