Truma panel not activating boiler (1 Viewer)

So my Truma panel in the van isn’t making the boiler do ANYTHING! Also the panel shows 240 cable in, but doesn’t show option for changing between gas and electric for the heating options. Any ideas folks?

Have you tried a reset, if that doesn't work try turning power to boiler & controller off for a few minutes.

Never had to reset it but will Google the process and have a go.
How does the boiler get its signals from the control panel? Is there some input cable between the 2?

Yes a flat cable with RJ11 connectors.
To reset turn the knob until the spanner is selected press the knob, turn until it says reset and press knob.
