Truma igniter

hello everyone, I am a newbie and looking for some advice please, which way do the wires go on a Truma 3002 push button igniter, is the side sticky out bit for the earth and the pin on the bottom the live feed to the ignition. Thank you for any help you can give me.

That is the generally accepted connection method but in reality it makes little difference, the spark just jumps the gap in the opposite direction.
