the safety valve on my Truma Heater S3002 ..... should i repair replace or do something else :tmi:
replace defective part .

that was a nightmare to get off the heater body ..
or replace with a replacement ubit from a breakers

both cost about the same £150 for the new part
or £120 from . caravan breakers guaranteed working ,..
or can i take other options ie all the talk of cheap diesel heaters could i retrofit or replace with another lpg heater . advice needed please .im a total newbie when it come . to stuff like . this .

I'd get another complete unit and keep/sell the old one for spares. These are good bits of kit (when working) and can heat your van without any need for electricity.
