Whilst on holiday last week in France our Truma Combi decided to pack up. Error code was E6h. After 6 weeks of good service it was dissapointing as now it was becoming a bit chilly.
I emailed CamperUK that evening and at 8.45 the following morning they rang back. They talked us through a potential solution- taking off the cover over the air inlet and blowing off the dust from the printed circuit board behind the fan Voila we had hot water. An email of thanks back to CamperUK was much appreciated.
On giving the van a thorough clean when we returned we gave the circuit board a proper " blow out" with hairdryer set on cool. Hopefully we have a permanent solution and we will add this to regular cleaning.
