Truma heater exhaust 'drip' stain (1 Viewer)

I have a stain beneath my truma vent that was caused when the camper/heater was new and the heater used a couple of times.
But I can't get it off - any ideas?
(I have tried the usual 'black stain remover' stuff but no use.)

Try a little WD40 on a cloth and gentle rubbing.

Buy one on these, it keeps the condensate off the van wall. Unfortunately they don't seem to do them in white.

An oxalic acid cleaner might do it. Should find it in a chandlery because it is used to remove stains from fibreglass boats (or at least it was when I last owned one). Test it on a small area that doesn’t show before getting carried away.

I use a spring operated clothes peg clipped on the bottom of the flue duct and the condensation then runs along the peg and on to the floor.
