Hi
I have a bessacarr E 425 2011 model. It has a Truma gas/electric water heater. While I was away this weekend I noticed while its working off the gas, the hot water only gets lukewarm...I can hear the burner kicking in and cutting out bit it only stays on for a couple of minutes.
Is there a thermostat in it ?
I haven't been able to try it on electric as I was wildcamping this weekend

Ensure youre not set to "Summer" setting and only heating the water to minimum temps.

On gas you should have a thermostat on 240 it is pre set to around 60° I think.

Your thermostat should look similar to this. Water on the left heating on the right for gas.

Ah ok......I think I might have mistakenly adjusted the thermostat....I used to just click the outside dial off and on when I wanted hot water....didn't realise the inside dial operated the thermostat...I will try that tonight thanks very much
