Truma fire/heater not working on electric (1 Viewer)

Hello, ive got a truma fire/heater it came on and worked fine then its stopped working just blows out cold air,works fine on gas,i can hear a click when i turn it on by the stats on the wall, is there a reset or element gone any help would be great,i am a qualifyed gas engineer so can work on these.

Absolute beginners.
There's mention on line of a battery [ AA] that needs replacing sometimes.
There's a wealth of info on line if you're able to google the particular model.

Does the red light on the “space heater switch “ illuminate when you switch it on ?

On the thermostat do u mean there’s a green light, no lights on heater there isn’t one

The main power switch for the heater . Should be in the wardrobe behind the heater. Is this switched on ?They do the a while to get warm once you switch in on . It’s not instant heat like a portable heater .

You are correct. (y)

Has the RCB tripped? If no RCB for that circuit, might there be a fuse? I don't remember any lights on ours either, when we had one in our caravan.
Ours had a double heat setting on a cream coloured wall switch, ie, 1Kw & 2Kw ............. or similar outputs.
