so today I went to Truma to get my boiler fixed in the motorhome. It’s just off the A50 near foston derby. Dove valley park.
My local dealers were all busy for 3 months so a call to Truma had me booked in within a couple of weeks. I arrived this morning and all staff very professional. Quickly booked the vehicle in and had a quick walk around the vehicle to log any damage.
I was then taken to a lovely customer waiting room with settees coffe machine tv free WiFi etc and asked if I wanted any breakfast ? Bacon sausage egg beans whatever I liked. I asked for a bacon and egg sandwich on white bread and it was delivered to me with no problem.
The boiler was fully fixed and checked and the charge was very reasonable, less than I was expecting so I thoroughly recommend them. The engineers were very professional, very courteous and knew there stuff (I’m also an engineer )
