im in the process off changing the carver water heater in my motorhome and i thought i had read somewhere that a truma combi could not be fitted on vinyl flooring but there are no fitting info anybody got any ideas thanks Andy

Fairly sure mine is on the vinyl flooring.

i cant see why there should be a problem ,it not as though they send any fitting instructions with the boiler

Mine has a steel plate (very thin) over the vinyl, no problems that I'm aware of and I have had the boiler out for to fit new elements.

Mines mounted on a wooden platform in a cupboard. If your worried just put a wooden plate on the floor.
