we are away without hook up for the first time since having the van....
Thought I'd got my head around the settings but we have no hot water, see pic please.
Thought it was set to 40deg water heating only by gas but no hot water or lights on the controls.
Thanks

No lights may also indicate a blown fuse (check the 10amp van fuse box fuse first)

The 2nd control that allows you to choose fuel looks like it is half way between two settings, could this be the problem.

More than likely. Turn it to gas, check the taps are open and also the main one on the gas bottle.. mine stayed on red until I realised id left the cover on outside.

Also if your using gas im assumming that top control needs turning to the bottom 2 temp settings as they maybe refer to gas settings as well?

Should look like this.

Suspect that you have no 12V feed to the Truma.

Photo taken with water cold so burner on.

Thanks all......
The pic is a bit deceiving, it is definately set to the same as @Bartyfixedit but we have no lights lit on the dial....however, I've just turned it to winter setting (top dial in our pic one click down to the flame icon & it's lit up green)......
...confused.....

Edit: the hob & fridge are both working no probs

@DavidG58
We are only at Bawtry and it's been lovely so too hot for the heating:)
Resorted to boiling a kettle to wash up (well Les did:D) but it's bugging us why we can't get it to work on water only.....

OK.. For gas only water .. Top one should be on any of the two top settings and the bottom one should be in the Centre ... Gas only ..

If you have left the bottom one in the Centre that's using gas only as a fuel..

If you turned the top one down one click from center then you have selected heating on gas.. You should perhaps turn the thermostat up and see if your blown air heating comes on. You won't get hot water very quickly though

Thanks @sdc77
We've done just that, heating came on ...then we turned it back to the original setting - we now have lights & hot water......no idea why though but at least it's working.

Thanks everyone!:)
