I have an intermittent problem with an older Truma boiler ( C2006 from around 2004). I called my local authorised Truma agent ( Broadlane Leisure) and they had absolutely zero interest in trying to be of any assistance to me ( without telling them the age of the boiler). So, I called Truma in Derby. Absolutely great people to deal with and an engineer phone me back and we talked through the problem and he gave me some advice. They also said that they can take bookings to look at the boiler in situ if needed if I take the van to Derby or I can take the boiler out and send it them by carrier. So, reason for post is just to say well done and thanks to Truma and no thanks at all to local agent/dealer.
