My Rapido has a truma 6000e heating system.

This works very well, but with one annoying feature, which may or may not be a problem.

As the water gets hot (especially when set to 60) from time to time there is quite a loud noise, which is, I think, some sort of pressure release valve operating. When it happens a small spurt of hot water comes out of a pipe under the van.

My question is, is this nomal? Does it happen on other vans?

My last van had the same boiler and did do something similar but it was not as loud.

Does this happen on other vans?

Thanks

A Woosh bang
all hot water systems must have a vent or pressure relief valve

so yes, that is quite normal when heating up and hot water is not being drawn off .. it would explode otherwise ..
