TRUMA boiler not connecting to control panel error W255h .. we reset now control panel is stuck on reset and does not show any other options (1 Viewer)

HELP NEEDED ERROR W255H anyone local to Accrington to help ? This is our home and we have no heating or hot water.

I have put a new RJ11 connection cable and that’s not solved it
So now surely the only problem is the power to the boiler ?
Is there a hidden fuse I have checked all on the board and took the inspection panel off the glass fuse is fine..

Or the control panel is knackered as it’s not connecting to the boiler ..

Anyone local to Accrington to help ?

Desperately need fixing as we are living in it !

Have you confirmed that 12v power is not getting to the boiler ? , which model of Swift is it you have and which make/model PSU does it have fitted .
There may be a reset button on the combi PCB (depending on the year of the combi)

jamied123 The data cable should be a RJ12 (6 x pin) not a RJ11 (4 x pin) that you say you have used as a replacement data cable
