Collected my new Mobilvetta a few weeks ago and when pulled into a petrol station noticed all the truma vents were blowing at very high speed The Truma control panel was off and the van control panel was off. The only way that I could stop it was switching off the 12v isolator switch. Took it back to the dealer who couldn’t find anything wrong.

Everything seemed to be ok since but I had it in an audio place for radio upgrade yesterday and the guy rang me with exactly the same problem happening and he couldn’t stop it unless he switched off the main switch.
Anyone experienced this before or had similar problems?

Never heard of that before but it sounds like it is putting itself into vent mode which just blows air without heat.
As the controller is off I would think it is a fault on the main PCB in the heater.

Does it have rear heating (heat exchanger) when travelling? If so could that be turned on thus causing the issue as it wouldn't go through the 12v panel.

I don't think so - I will read the manual when I go and collect it tonight but it was static this second occasion I think Lenny HB is probably on or very near the money. Will see what the dealer says - again!!
Thanks for your replies appreciated
