Truma b10 boiler issues

Hi
Just bought a mc louis glen motor home
I’m having trouble with the truma boiler.
the boiler is a replacement and is only a year old
The problem is it won’t stay lit.
There’s pleany of gas. It’s full of water.
I took the grill off to make sure there were no obstructions in the ports there all clear.
Then turned it on with out the grill on and hay presto no problem. As soon as I put the grill back on (just the grill not the cover) after about 20 seconds it goes out again. Any ideas would be much appreciated

Truma B10 gas fired boiler not staying lit

My Truma B10 gas-fired water boiler is not staying lit. I've had it apart and can see the gas burner, flame detector probe and twin-pronged ignitor. When I turn the controller knob on, the ignitor mechanism clicks continually, gas comes on all the way around the burner, flame touches the flame...
