I bought one of this type of GPS from an e bay supplier with UK stock . 7 inch screen although not with the truck maps . Have to say in over a year of use its worked a treat in trips around the UK and France etc, never missed a beat . Think I paid about £50 for it .

I looked at a number of these when looking for a replacement and none seems to allow you to input co ordinates so useless for finding aires etc in europe. apart from theat the 7" screen is good, chinese mappinng does leave a lot to be desired and is quite old in most cases. I suppose it depends just how you use it.
They all have twin inputs so if you use it for a rear veiw cam all the time can you still here the turn by turn instructions, or do you have to keep switching back and forth?

if you go through the menus you will find you can put co ordinates in

I bought one on the strength of this thread. It arrived within a week and seems to do all it says on the box. I have put in co ordinates of some obscure places I have visited in Europe and it has found every one, whether it will direct me to them, time will tell. I have ordered a lead to see if it works with a reversing camera but it does have a 2.5mm av input socket. It seems to be easier to use than my Garmin Zumo that I been using for years. For £54 I don't think you can go wrong.

Had message back from "navibuzz" which confirms that unit does not accept GPS co-ordinates. Operates on post codes/address/part address which is not much good as many locations MH'ers use do not have GPS or full addresses

This is the reply that I got from Navibuzz when I asked the same question

"hi my friend

thanks for your inquiry

yes, we have coordinate enterings."

So what are we to believe

p.s. I have asked Dennismartin to confirm which answer is correct as he has bought one from Navibuzz

If these things are running on I go , then there should be a find coordinates option . When I received mine , on first time switch on it was set up defaulted to simple mode . Meaning no coordinate input .

Going in to "settings" or even on the first screen that opens when unit switched on to GPS mode , does it show "simple mode" anywhere ? If yes click on that button and it should give options to change from that to "advanced " mode.

Click on the advanced mode button and that widens the search input options to include coordinates . Along with other options becoming available .

Back to the start on the navigation menu .... Click on find , that should now show a find coordinate button .

This is the message I received from Navibuzz yesterday.......

Hi bryan,

(Sic) thank you for your message.

pls note that this sat nav does not allow to inpout co-ordinates

best regards
Fiona

- navibuzz

and this is the unit I was enquiring about. It may well be that they have other units available which DO accept coordinates but surely they would have recommended another type..... or is that too much to expect. They did answer the question I asked !!!!:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Its the same one that I enquired about.

This is the answer that I have just had from Dennismartin

yes it does just tried it and it works
one thing to point out on mine the map speed signs only show up in kph not mph i have set all the settings correctly all the functions work it is only graphics that are wrong it isnt a problem for me. i did tell navbuzz and they gave me a £13 refund.
also the first one they sent was faulty but they exchanged it very fast they seem to be a decent ebayer
feel free to ask any more questions

dennis

I have one, bought from navibuzz, it is a car one, but it allows you to enter the vehicle as a bus.
This allows co-ordinates to be used and it brought us back from southern spain with no issues. For £50 it is brill. The only issue i have had with it is the 12v charger has packed up. ::bigsmile:::bigsmile:
