we are now sitting in a FP near Avignon , having breakfast then hopefully we are driving into town where there is a park and ride where mhs can park for 24 hours allegedly,we shall see.
we have been on a acsi site in st Maxine on the med, 47 euros for 3 nights all in, couldn't get in at pt grimaud, then got a ferry over to st Tropez and saw the first rain of the trip when coming back over ,got wet through, but it was still hot so no problem

not long enough
there is a UK theory about lack of birds at this time of year

most will be in pretty poor condition having brought up new broods, then moulting

they are 'hiding' till they look smarter

works for me, provided they turn up again later :)

Strange you should mention that...

Here there are hundreds of them... I have never seen so many Starlings and Sparrows in one place..(y)

So not too many getting eaten down here... ;):D
