Just goes to show how little people are aware of the weight of their vehicles and how soft the ground can be.

May well have been firm enough to drive over, but once you stop and the weight starts to effect the ground below you, then we sink.

Been stuck myself on the grass at the Dorset Steam Fair first year I had a van, but luckily a kind Landy driver gave me the extra pull I needed to get free:)

Glad the tide wasn't in or they'd have been in real trouble.

As a side point, I wonder if they know of the extra risks they run regarding corrosion having sprayed the brakes, suspension and associate chassis with salty sea water.
