Trim above wheelarch on Renault Kangoo. (1 Viewer)

Hello I am doing a micro camper conversion on my Renault Kangoo and need to fit a wood rock n roll bed but there is trim above the wheel arches on my Renault Kangoo and the bed only fits above the arches has anyone got round this problem or can anybody help can you remove the trim and what is behind it why is it there, could someone please help.

Yes you can remove the plastic trim. There may well be some insulation which I would keep.
