I hate to say it I am Cornish. It is a shame that Cornwall county council have a very negative attitude to motor homes. Some of the council members have camp sites and do not want us to use car parks overnight. Has anyone found somewhere to park in either of these towns. I do not want to use a campsite as they are to far from the town and i wont drink and drive.

My sister was supposed to be in a panto over Xmas/new year in Falmouth.
(It all got cancelled due to Covid)
However she spent about 3 weeks in the corner of a carpark in Falmouth during rehearsals.
You'll have to figure out from the photo below where it is, but only clues are it will be close to a theatre and also a spa, but the lights on the cranes in the harbour should be a big pointer.

She came to an agreement with the caretaker of the carpark, not sure if money or beer changed hands.

Otherwise, talk to the Rugby Club.
They have a camping licence as they have fairs etc on the pitch

I have emailed the rugby club to see if they can help. Also mentioned the merits of being on camper contact and brit stops, never now it might provide a place to stop or maybe a rally .
Will post if i get a answer

Have you worked out where the car park in the picture is, with views over the harbour ?
