Why 90 days? There are plenty annual insurances.

Try camc red pennant up to 185 days on single trip, no age limit as long as you don't suffer with any serious health issues I believe.

Ah, I think I see where I am wrong, do you mean 90 days in one trip.

Yep Avanti is 35 days in 1 trip for 71 and over 50 days for under 70.
That is on the standard policy, not sure if it can be extended.

No IV now read it again, it does say multi trip, not 90 days in a row.
So there are hundreds that do that.
We are with nfu for house insurance and if you have that you get annual multi trip for round about £100 extra.
And over 70 makes no odds.

I will be interested in the outcome as we are due to renew and as of next renewal I will be restricted to 35 days per trip max 183 per year.
It's the 35 days is a bit restrictive.

We've used Eurotunnel travel insurance in the past. 90 days single trip. No medical questions or exclusions as long as your doc agrees you're fit to travel. We're both over 70 and one of us has a heart condition. You have to use the tunnel though unless you go for combined breakdown and travel insurance. We've never made a claim so can't say how well they deal with that.

Is it sensibly priced.

LV annual multi trip premier policy, 90 days per trip, max age 79 years and they will cover motorcycles over 125cc as long as you have the correct licence and wear a crash helmet.

We haven't used it since covid so don't know how much it is these days, but we found it competitive considering we had conditions. It also takes away the problem of declaring conditions which can be quite a minefield.

I think you are going to struggle getting 90 days anywhere. :( :censored:

Don't need 90 by 35 is a bit tight.
Looks like I can get 50 per trip for the coming year. Which will suit us.

Nationwide Flex plus account
I spoke with Nationwide yesterday the flex plus only covers 30 days. On top of the £13 monthly fee they quoted me a further £164 a year on top for multiple 80 day travel ages 58 and 55 in good health so a total yearly of £320 obviously the vehicle recovery comes with that included with the flex account.
