I’m planning a two month trip to Europe in May I’ll be 70 in June wife is 72 can anyone recommend a insurance company that doesn’t restrict the number of days we can stay

Think you'll find most of them will do single trip insurance. Less likely to be able to get an annual multi trip as most seem to be limited to 31 days once you reach 70.

We were with staysure for 6 months, over 70 and some medical history.

I use Get Going for single trip 90 days. Reasonable price when medical conditions added.

I wouldn't be surprised if the travel & insurance companies start reassessing their T&Cs soon to reflect the medical challenges of the Coronovirus.
