Trauma Gas Fire from Ellie

Our unit fires up first thing in the morning and then refuses to light again. We have plenty of gas. Any ideas welcome

You`ll need to give make and model of the heater then the techies can get their teeth into it, rather than just guessing

Check the flue top cowl is still in place .Ours had come come off resulting in the fumes not being exhausted correctly.
