with regards to commercial/traders on the forums,Are we not all old enough to make up our own minds as to if someone is trying to take a loan of us and lead us say onto a product/site we dont need,and I,m sure there are enough helpful contributers out there who would soon put a stop to any wrong doing, But it may well be an advantage to the commercial guys to let it be known they are in the trade ,then those who want their help can seek them out , I hope you dont mind me commenting, Corky

Interesting how different posts have a connection today I put on a post asking about somewhere to get my Van serviced. Another post then appears where a member visited Geo. Now I need to ring to see if he can service mine and if it affects my warranty,and where exactly he is, never mind if they are traders i would find it useful to see even more information on here about what services they can offer.:thumb:

It seems that most members would like members with a commercial interest in motorhomes and related industries clearly identified on the forum and to this end I have created a usergroup for 'traders'.

Members in the 'traders' group will be identifiable by their user title being 'Trade Member' as opposed to the usual 'Member'

As 'traders' are moved from the 'members' group to the 'traders' group their user title will change automatically.

You can help by identifying yourself as a 'trader' (as described above) if you are, or by identifying other members if you know them to be 'traders'.

Please PM either myself or Jim and we can effect the change.

When it settles down all those in a motorhome related business should come up as Trade Member Of the course they are normal members in every respect Rofl1 but it is just to let everyone know that they are in the trade. This is good for all the members trade or otherwise.
