Good morning
My Peugeot Boxer is stored on a grass site, the pitch is on a slight incline, with all the rain I will have problems pulling onto the service road, can anyone recommend a easy quick fit traction solution?
Kind regards
Alderney Bob

You havn't said how far it is to the service road , could you lay down boards to get you to it. Parking on cutout breadcrates would also help.

Hi
Only a couple of metres
Like the idea of cut out bread crates, I could take those over on the plane from Alderney đź‘Ť

You need to aquire a couple off bread crates cut sides of and split down the middle angle grinder is the best tool to trim them
Ours fit in a sack stored in the gas locker

Cable tying them end to end would make them foldable(y)

If this is likely to be a regular issue I’d suggest that you park with a couple of short planks (eg offcuts of decking board) under your wheels.

This will spread the load and prevent your wheels sinking into the ground over time. They will also allow you to drive off and providing that you don’t floor it should give you enough momentum to drive smoothly over the remaining grass until you get on to the hard surface.

I carry two pairs of Milenco Grip Mats that have successfully got me out of trouble a couple of times. They've got quite an aggressive pattern on, which worked well for us.

I see Milenco now do some even heavier-duty lattice ones too:
