Trackers - update your apps etc

If you have a monitored tracker make sure you have the latest app and website installed and that you can see your MH in real time.

I logged into my tracker monitor website last night and the last location for it was 1/4/22 in Spain! I was unable to get into the app at all. After contacting the company, Global Telemetrics, it turns out there is a new website and app so we updated them and it now shows correctly that our MH is at our home.

The company in their wisdom didn't inform us of the new ones and when trying to log in neither app nor website indicated they were obsolete.

I've just logged into the app on my iPhone and the van is showing at home next to my 'blue dot' location. It doesn't show on the website, presumably because it is not a monitored vehicle. When all this was originally set up it seemed that I had to do the reporting if it went missing, having obtained a crime reference from the 'boys in blue'. Don't know if I can change the package to include monitoring.
