there are a couple of questions

This begs a couple of questions?

    1) how did he know you had a motor home?

    2) how did he know you had or did not have a tracker? (not many of us do)

    3) how did he know your phone number to text you and that is also part of 1) above.

So what did the authorities say? .. have to be careful what I call police these days:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Was it a tracker company? Sounds more like a prospective thief trying to find out IF you had a tracker fitted.

When buying trackers - do try and buy the ones that allow you to track yourself. That way, you can sign in and check for yourself - the tracker will notify you - and YOUR company would be the first to call!

Name/Number could be gained from anywhere from your bins, to and advert and from Mobile Phone Directories to Databases purchased for a few hundred pounds.

Definitely report it to Police, OFT, and trading standards.
