Tracker FB - floppy winder! (1 Viewer)

hi any tracker FB owners here who have experience the winder handle on front panoramic rooflight becoming very loose? Ours was fine till recently and now very floppy....tried tightening holding screw but makes no difference :-(

We had a Tracker FB and had exactly that problem had to have a new winder fitted luckily still under warranty then

The winder went on our tracker. They fixed it under warranty as well.

I think the mechanism is only plastic and it just wears out.
