Tracer 10A charger question (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I'm looking at a system with one of these MPPT chargers. Does the 10A refer to the maximum panel current or the maximum current supplied to the batteries? (i.e. input current or output current?)

Just found a spec sheet. Says rated battery current is 10A. Nothing about panel current. I wonder what they mean by "rated". Is that the same as "max" I wonder.
