Towing eye for fiat ducato (1 Viewer)

Please where can you get an extended towing eye to go through the bumper as the one under the seat is to short. Thanks

Fiat dealer, there are two or 3 lengths avalible.

Thanks thought it would be a specialty as you would think they would of supplied it the right size when new.

We have always had the long ones supplied with our vans.

Makes me think we should check ours. Never plan to need it but Sod says I will if it's too short.

Its quite common for A Class vans to be supplied with the wrong one.

If you have the long one and need a tow make sure you get the towing vehicle lined up in line with you and only get towed in a straight line if possible. If you get towed off axis they often break.

I'm alright I've got a spare found the one from the last van in a box of stuff that the boss packed when empting the last van.

Fiat dealer looked on his computer as it's not a stock item it has to be paid for but it only shows one eye bolt but not the length of it. They are reluctant to order it as it could be the same size as we already have. Will go to plan B when I know what it is. Haha

We ordered this one and arrived this morning, all fits ok . Just hope we never need it. Cheers
