Would you mind sending me some more info on it? I need one which mounts to a standard 2 bolt tow bar fitting.

Thanks

Sam

Thanks Electraglide, looks good!

Could you please measure:

Height from middle of tow bar bolt holes to top of 'channel' that the wheels sit in?

Does the channel that the bike sits on unbolt?

Reason I'm asking is I have a transit with rear doors so am conscious of still being able to get the rear doors open whilst the rack is fitted.

Thanks

Sam

Hi Electraglide, Amkirman & Chaser,

Do any of you still have a rack for sale?

Thanks

Sam

I was also looking for a rack for my moped but when I saw the price of them I thought about making one myself. I am a steel fabricator but haven't worked with aluminium or stainless (which you would really be looking for them to be made out of) but I managed to make something up from old angle and plate kicking about our workshop and I have my moped on the back (bolted to the tow-bar flange) it sits fine and have had no problems whatsoever.

So if you have a local smiddy or know somebody handy with a welder you would get one knocked up to the dimensions suitable for your van for next to nothing. Just an idea for you to consider.

Centre of the towbar fixing bolt holes to the top of the channels is 220mm, the overall additional length from towbar face to rear of the rear channel is 350mm. The rear channel is welded so not removable, the front channel unbolts to provide the loading ramp.
Hope this helps

If you have the Hydra Trail system for sale, I could be interested. Could you provide some details such as age, usage, condition etc?

Hi Kip, thanks for the quick confirmation. Unfortunately, we would need to go with the Hydra Trail version wit the additional wheels.
