Another vote for Busbiker, great bit of kit but very expensive.
We carry four bikes and wanted to access the back doors and it makes it very easy.

Is there enough of a gap between the door and rack to access rear (gas bottle cupboard etc?) did you need any speakers or towbar adjustment?
We had a Atera DL3 carrier as shown in the photos on a Ducato PVC. You could not fully open the doors because the doors hit the cycle wheels. It was OK with the bikes off.

I got fed up with tripping over the carrier A frame and reaching over breaking my back to get things. We have now added a Memo VanSwing which has transformed life!
