I have been told that you cant tow a car with an a frame on the continent, you have to use a trailer, is this correct ?

The rules change from country to country definitely not in Spain, and also Germany recently. France as far as I know is currently ok but possibly going to change.

Any one want to buy an A frame and a Brreak Buddy system ???
I have one for sale as I now trailer my car lol
