Touring coach toilet dumps

A friend sent me this info re coach toilet dumps would they allow Motorhomes to use them! he claims to have used several without issue. What does the collective think?

IIRC, when the subject has been raised before there have been problems to do with insurance at some.
If anyone is interested enough they could email each of the places listed to ask if they allow motorhomes and then publish a list.

That’s where the ‘See All Toilet Drops on a Map’ tab comes in handy…..!

Quite a few of the service areas on Polish M/ways have them - the signs listing the services at each area include the word 'BUS' indicating a dump.

Maybe there are some good ones in there but I just looked at half a dozen and none of those would be suitable as they are coach company owners premises

That's why I suggested that if anyone is interested enough they could email each of the places listed to ask if they allow motorhomes and then publish a list.

As an ex-coachie have to say this is a non-starter. As Jim says they'll all be commercial companies who really would not be interested for several reasons, mainly don't want fleets of m/homes in their yards.
In an emergency you might get a sympathetic ear from the yard man, accompanied by a suitable beer voucher..........
Even as a legit coach driver I've been turned away.
That said I have been known to empty the coach loo at some of the continental service areas!

As an ex-coachie can I get you to 'spill the beans'(pun intended), how much does a coach tank hold?

Did you encourage passengers to use the facilities at service areas to save the tank for later?

No you don't! Let's just say I once had to empty it by hand with a bucket, took me 8 trips,..........
