    we have hired a MH to watch the TDF in the summer with a view to buying next year.
    We are thinking of parking on Col Du Glandon as the route over there is being used twice on successive days. We are intending to get out there 3 days in advance in the hope of getting a reasonable space as I think half the MH in Europe will be there!
    Our planned route for the fortnight we are away is;
    from Calais - 1 x night in Langres - 4 nights wild camping on Glandon - 2 nights some where in the Vercors - then back over Col Du Galibier to Valloire for a night. Then over Col Du Madeleine to 2 nights in Annecy then a couple of nights in Chalon or similar - then Cambrai then home.

    We have stayed in Langres and Cambrai last year and are ok for sites there. Does any one have recommendations for the other locations - Particularly the Vercors and Chalon?
