Yesterday chatting to a rather charming old lady (I have to put that in case she is a Funster)
I got a right royal dressing down.
She was mentioning about Solar Panels on a van she was looking at. In the spirit of good qualification (I can't recommend anything if I know nothing about the customer) I asked her "Do you go wild camping"
She replied:
"Young man, you DO NOT refer to it as wild camping, Gypsies go wild camping. It is Off Grid living and it you will take note for the next time you talk to someone about this"
So thought I better make you all clear on this.

Why do people think some made up bullish!t name makes anything any different, at the end of the day she’s sleeping in a van, she can call it anything she wants, to some people it’s their castle and home, to others a weekend retreat, live and let live, but poncy bullish!t names mean nothing to me i’m afraid, some days I have no idea if I am in PVC or leather ?

It’s the same as people and how they dress, underneath they are just people, I dress in what I feel comfortable in, I have had and still have what I thought were the accoutrements in life that dumb people thought gave you status, too brands of watches, cars, but at the end of the day it’s just stuff.
