I'm staggered I didn't realise that were so many people in th autumn of their years driving about Europe .

I think Don Madge gave up regularly driving to Turkey when he was well past 80, until then he was the bravest of us all. You'll find some of his good advice for Greece/Turkey on here.

Winter, I think you meant "winter of their driving years " Frightening isn't it.

Not frightening, thought provoking as in "might as well, what have we got to lose".

I'm 70 in february -- just starting motorhoming too-it's only a number you have to decide when you are going to be old and I'm not doing it for anyone!!!!!!!
