Just received membership cards from CAMC. How the hell are you supposed to get rid of the sticky gunk that's left on the back of the card fter you peel it off the letter they send? Impossible to roll it off or scrape it off. Must I resort to nail polish remover?

Can't you just roll it like a bogey

No really! Baby oil is very good for removing remnants of adhesive from labels :)
Yes of course...... I don’t doubt it - it must be my mind :whistle2:

Really, damn! Just my luck to get the duff batch. Thanks everyone for all the entertaining answers. At least I got a laugh out of it. :giggle:

Acetone (Nail polish remover) works, as do antiseptic wipes, petrol, meths, turps, white spirit, lighter fluid, vinegar and very cheap red wine (the sort that comes in plastic bottles)

Bloody predictive text that's another joke ruined
