I have the standard TomTom but I'm thinking of changing to the truck version, does anyone else have the truck version and if so would you recommend ?

You can get truck routs on a standard tomtom if you do the route planning on the mydrive app or on the web, then upload to your tomtom.

Works great with the tomtom go app on my phone and tablet. So for ÂŁ15 a year you can have navigation on your phone and tablet with options to set truck, camper light, camper heavy, car with caravan, motorcycle fastest, motorcycle thrill.

I was fed up with my garmin sending me down narrow roads, I am trying the Sygic app for trucks
Been great for the last three weeks in Spain.
You get a free trial for a week or ÂŁ10 for four weeks

I have been using tomtom truck 6000 for approx 2 years now, it does have its problems like all satnavs and it is not fool proof but it is still more than adequate for my 8.5m MH and 4m Trailer. I also have the truck satnav built into the MH but i i prefer to use the Tomtom as the maps updates and traffic are free (currently).
