Hi all, updated my tomtom saturday now it says no maps found and wil not conect to my macbook any idea's??

No maps found (TomTom HOME)

The No maps found error can occur if your device either has no map installed or the map is not readable. To resolve this, download your map again if you are still able to, or restore...

Try re installing the maps again...other than that...try the link above

With my one with lifetime European maps they have introduced a selection of different downloaded maps. You have to select map 8 to download the whole of Europe now. It's not very obvious

The same happened to my Tom Tom. In contact with Tom Tom at the time who said someone could help me. I had the feeling something odd was going on at the time, I ended up talking to this so called helpful person, who just destroyed all content. I had nothing left, so binned it.

think it was the size of the maps,choose a smaller map it updated.
