Hi guys
I've just had to buy a new Tom Tom xl west Europe maps cos my old Tom Tom one went wonky whilst downloading new map etc. not happy cos have just paid for new maps and speed cameras for this year.
Does anybody know what to do re refund or whatever is poss please ?
Not sure were to start due to being a Dutch company
Would appreciate any help

I got in touch by e mail and they transfered my updates to new unit.:thumb:

Also do not bin old unit!!!
Contact em and they tell you how to clear poorer and then re update it!!!j

Been trying to remember...best I can do is

Clear tom tom cache, uninstall tom tom programming. Re install then connect duff unit and re update. Best I can do as my remembered is broke.......my forgetterer still works though.

Forgot to mention that the Tom Tom is stuck on opening page and won't turn off , or go to another page ie opening up,,have to use a pin to stick in reset hole to turn it off.
