Tom Tom part postcodes (1 Viewer)

can anybody give me a clue as to get the last three digits on my sat nav which is a tom tom xxl. They used to be there until i updated the system prior to going to spain. I have tried to copy the relevent files as per instruction from tom tom but it hasnt worked. thank you.

have you tried restoring from a backup to correct it? you did back up didnt you?
otherwise its a case of downloading the postcode search software again. delete the postcode software on the tomtom and reinstall. restoring a backup is much easier
