I buy really cheap thin stuff from the bargain shops. John doesn't like it, I just think he needs to cut his nails :rofl:

We use the Tesco 'luxury' bog rolls and they break down fine, probably better than the Thetford ones we've tried in the past. SWMBO won't use any thing else so there are 48 rolls (2x24) in the motorhome. I am happy with this as they are bulky but light so take up space she would otherwise fill with something heavier.:)

Surely the thread should be number 2 but there again I'm as thick as a brick.

Never had a problem with Costco quilted!
I find that’s too thick , always use at home though.

No, just Coop or whatever, basics label

Just buy 2 ply at the supermarket - we have macerator so doesn't want anything too fancy used in it

Yes, from experience, most "bog-standard" cheapo 2-ply does the job just as well as the stuff they sell for motorhomes and boats at a premium. We also use the same stuff for our Victorian off-grid sewage system -- no fancy-Dan, luxury bumf allowed in this house!
