Ok
Further to our 'discussion' tonite regarding said Toilet, having paid for a van with a toilet in it.......
Am i in the wrong to use it for number two's
Be careful how you answer
Swtsmbo says I shouldn't
I quite like using the on-board facilities
And it's me who empties it.....
Go for it folks.....
( I have been told to point out that we have facilities on site)
But...........
Back soon on loo...... may be a while....

I can't understand why folk won't or don't use their own facilities ...
why buy a motorhomes that has all necessities then look for outside facilities to use.....laziness perhaps to empty and clean. ... can't be that can it?
Realise young couples just starting out in life being shy ... but?

What do other folk think ?

I don't know about these cassette toilets , but the black tank on my RV doesn't seem to be able to differentiate which one of us it came from and keep it separate, and it only has one dump valve and pipe
which I have the pleasure of being the operative , but it sure beats having to trudge across a freezing or rainy pitch to use a loo of debatable cleanliness in the middle of the night :)

Hmmm .... it might not be the actual bowel movement that concerns the Swtsmbo mentioned in the post but after I've crapped in my motorhome, even I have to go for a walk to allow the putrid air to dissipate. That's after emptying a can of something joking labeled with the statement "removes odours":sick:

Is that “ts” talking sh1t?! :D2

I’m with the majority...it’s a toilet and should be used as one...I draw the line at throwing up down it though....not pleasant!

And I’m the one that doesn’t empty it = blue job

Why would anyone pay £50,000 plus for a motorhome fitted with a toilet and shower and not use them?

The whole point of a m/h is freedom.

Freedom to go where you want, when you want and have your own facilities.

No. 1, 2 or anything. Go for it!

It is what it is for, use your own loo which you know has been cleaned or some of the ones i have seen on sites? no brainer, also the emptier, though John did carry it for me once when I was poorly. If you need to go you need to go. Know of a couple who dont use the cooking facilities either, though that may be the only way she can get a rest from cooking.
