To move pitch or not? (1 Viewer)

A few days ago we pulled into a pitch I hadn't even switched the engine off a guy came up to the left side only to find the steering wheel was on the other side

He informed us that this pitch was a very bad one so we would do better to drive around to find a good one.

Trying to be polite knowing really he just wanted to move his van to this "very bad one" I went around the field again and parked up in the same pitch enjoying the views across the open countryside.

He never spoke to me again!

I think the most polite thing to have done was to tell him to (the second word is OFF) and saved the diesel driving around the site
