To cover or not to cover

Hi folks, what's your opinion on wheel covers do you need them or are they just a gimmick, van is parked on drive with off side facing the sun ,so if I did buy some do I get just two or four, also what about tyre savers are they worth it!! don't want to get flat spots talking of which how long does it take to get a flat spot.

If you spend much time parked up in Spain etc, they can protect your tyres from cracking and drying out. Not power washing your tyres is another way to prevent them cracking. In this country, I think the tyres may wear out, or reach their age limit before our sun does too much damage.
