Globecar have done a few of these on PVCs
This one is not new but worth a look just for the bloke cutting the port holes

Im sure other companys must do them as well

My mate has one of those , was a shit ton of money, shower tray in the middle of the floor is just wierd.

We have a revolution model didn't buy new though
The shower is enclosed when in use, agree it seems weird but it gives you a lot of room for a PVC and works for us
I was just impressed with the guy cutting the circles
Not got the round windows on ours.

Shows you why PVC's are (relatively) expensive though. If you saw a timelapse on a coachbuilt I presume you'd see more workers, all working at the same time, fitting all the internals onto a nice clear open floor with plenty of space to work - then the walls & roof going on afterwards - plus no need to adapt the basic van or make furniture to fit it's shape.

Nothing against PVC's, but from a production point of view I can see why a coachbuilt is more efficient to make.
