In the past I have had a bit off a downer on the CC for their regimented way of doing things so was fully excepting an argument with them when I just rang them to cancel my 3 days at York this weekend within the 72 hour rule but when asked why I had cancelled and I explained my wife has just had a mild heart attack and is in coranary care they could not have been nicer ,they where hugely sympathetic and helped put my mind at rest so for now they are OK by me
