Spotted a small White dot on the Avtex TV (15 months old)so called them for advice. Immediately they said we have a zero pixel failure policy please send it back. Sent it back and within 24 hours it was back with a new screen fitted. Great service!

I had similar service from them with a unit where the satellite connector had been damaged. Fixed FOC and never even paid the courier. Great company to deal with, even for a TV that was out of warranty
